Justin Bieber has been caught up in an assault investigation in his native Canada after allegedly attacking a 12 year old in a Laser tag venue.
Officials at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police have confirmed they are investigating an alleged assault on a young customer at the Richmond, British Columbia gamers hang-out, but they have refused to confirm reports the alleged attacker was Bieber.

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation is reporting that the owner of the Laser tag facility told them Bieber was thrown out of his establishment on Friday night after the incident.

A spokesman for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police tells news show Entertainment Tonight, “There were minimal injuries, and we are still in the early stages of this investigation.

“We are looking to interview a number of individuals who may have witnessed the alleged assault. The complaint came in as an assault, and we’re investigating it as an alleged assault.”

Reports suggest Bieber allegedly struck the boy while playing with friends.

Sources close to Bieber insist the whole story is “absolutely untrue”.
