Girls Gone Wild boss Joe Francis faces another prison spell for not paying off his gambling debts.
A grand jury has officially indicted the soft porn filmmaker over the $2 million he allegedly owes to Las Vegas casino boss Steve Wynn, who has charged Francis with felony theft and fraud.

Wynn sued Francis over the debt in 2009 and won, but the DVD mogul has refused to pay up. He has settled only a quarter of his debt, according to court papers.

Now, a Vegas grand jury has ordered Francis to stand trial.

The defiant filmmaker tells TMZ.com, “I’m 100 per cent confident that I will prevail, just like I always do.

“The moral of the story is don’t gamble at the Wynn casinos or this could happen to you.”
