Jennifer Hudson is demanding an apology from editors of a gossip blog after they posted an article about her struggle to land a book deal detailing her weightloss – alleging literary agents are more interested in the star’s tragic family murders.
The Dreamgirls star was left devastated in 2008 whenher mother, brother and nephew were shot dead in her native Chicago, Illinois. Her estranged brother-in-law, William Balfour, has been charged over the slayings.

Hudson has since overcome the tragedy and embarked on a new beginning following the birth of her son David in 2009, dropping 80 pounds (36.2 kilograms) within months as a spokesmodel for healthy eating plan WeightWatchers.

She has written all about her new diet and lifestyle and has been pitching the book to publishers for a reported $1 million.

Several news sources claim literary agents are reportedly hesitant to offer a deal unless Hudson opens up about her family’s painful loss – but the allegations have infuriated the Oscar winner and she has lashed out at the reports on her Twitter.com blog.

Taking aim at one particular website, Bossip.com, she writes, “Something’s (sic) are priceless . How low can people go. I just don’t get it. Stop making up s**t!!! everyday I wake up I’m constantly reminded how cruel n heartless the world is… Bossip u owe me an apology!

“Y (sic) would u (sic) take someone’s tradegy (sic) and build a story of nothing but lies around it… F**k u!!!!”

The New York Post’s gossip column Page Six also printed the allegations, although Hudson’s representative appeared to verify the claims by stating, “Your reporting is accurate.”
