Rapper Ice Cube has spoken out against a stop-and-frisk tactic used by New York cops.
The former N.W.A star has branded the policy, which Big Apple mayor Bill de Blasio has promised to reform, invasive and a breach of human rights.
He tells the New York Daily News, “To me, stop-and-frisk is just wrong. It’s hard for cops to prevent crime without violating everybody’s rights. So… let me keep my rights… I’d rather deal with a crook going through my stuff than the government. What’s the difference?”
