Rocker Joe Perry risked arrest earlier this week by scrawling graffiti promoting Aerosmith’s upcoming tour all over a Los Angeles building.
The guitarist was joined by a local street artist at a production studio in the early hours of Thursday morning and tagged the building’s wall with the slogan ‘Aerosmith Let Rock Rule 8.4.2014′.
The guerilla marketing campaign was carried out to promote the rock act’s upcoming trek with Slash, and it is believed the full details of the dates will be released on Tuesday.
However, one person who wasn’t too happy about the street art was the building’s owner, who tells TMZ.com he had to hastily paint over the graffiti before a photoshoot on Thursday.
