Kanye West’s German tour dates have been postponed, according to a promoter in the country.
The Stronger rapper was due to play concerts in Frankfurt and Cologne in June, and in Berlin in July, as part of his summer visit to Europe.
However, German promoter Marek Lieberberg revealed on Friday that the dates have been shelved, although no tickets had yet been sold for the concerts.
Lieberberg reported that production problems were the reason given for the postponement.
In a statement, Marek writes, “The Yeezus tour that was originally planned for Summer 2014 has been postponed. The cited reasons are production problems. There haven’t been any tickets on sale yet and so far, it’s unclear when Kanye will actually tour Europe.”
It is not clear whether other planned dates on the tour, including an appearance at London’s Wireless Festival and shows in France, Sweden, and Belgium, have been affected.
