Rockers Kiss and Motley Crue have postponed their concert in Detroit, Michigan on Wednesday after a truck carrying the bands’ equipment crashed.
Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx posted photos of the wreckage on his Twitter.com page after a long-haul vehicle overturned in a field en route to the show, spilling storage units containing the musicians’ equipment across the ground.
In a caption alongside one snap, the star writes: “Thank god our driver is ok…”
As a result of the accident, the two bands have decided to reschedule their show in Detroit on Thursday.
A follow-up post on Sixx’s blog reads: “TONIGHT’S KISS & MOTLEY CRUE SHOW AT THE DTE ENERGY MUSIC THEATER IN DETROIT IS POSTPONED UNTIL TOMORROW NIGHT THURS SEPT 6TH!”
