Lindsay Lohan has been given until 2 May to enrol in a rehabilitation facility after accepting a plea deal to avoid jail time on Monday.
The Mean Girls star avoided another stint behind bars after pleading no contest to lying to police and reckless driving relating to a car crash in California last summer, and she was ordered to complete 90 days in a locked down treatment center, 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy in exchange for a spell behind bars.
She was officially booked for the charges on Tuesday at a Santa Monica police station and the 26 year old has been given just over a month to get her affairs in order before her stint in a residential rehab center begins. She must also provide proof of her psychotherapy treatment to court officials, reports Eonline.com.
