Lindsay Lohan will find out her rehab release date sooner than expected – a judge is to issue a ruling a day early on Tuesday.

The Mean Girls star was jailed last month for breaching her probation stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest.

She was also ordered to spend 90 days in rehab as part of her sentence and is currently being treated at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Now Judge Elden Fox is set to reveal if Lohan can leave the center early, following calls from her lawyers to reduce her stay.

Doctors at UCLA have recommended that the star be released before the 90-day stint is up, according to TMZ.com.

Lohan’s lawyer was set to appear in court for a hearing on Wednesday, but Fox has now agreed to give an unspecified ruling on Tuesday instead.

Reports suggest Lohan could be released as early as this week.
