Rapper Meek Mill has been jailed for up to six months for multiple parole violations.
The Ima Boss hitmaker appeared in court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Friday charged with several technical parole violations linked to his 2009 drug and guns conviction, including changing his phone number without notifying parole officers, arranging concerts in other cities without approval, and mocking his parole officer on Twitter.com.
Sentencing Mill to three to six months in jail, Common Pleas Judge Genece E. Brinkley said, “After all these years of me trying to help him move his career forward… I believe he is thumbing his nose at me and at the probation office.”
