Singer Miranda Lambert was caught up in a mid-air drama on Tuesday when the plane she was traveling in was forced to make an emergency landing.
The Mama’s Broken Heart hitmaker was flying from New York to Nashville, Tennessee when her private jet lost pressure in the cabin, prompting the pilot to touch down in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
Lambert took to Instagram.com to inform her fans of the situation just after the plane took off again.
She wrote, “Our plane had an emergency landing in Clarksburg WV. But don’t worry, we found platinum fire suits. Yes! platinum”, accompanied with a picture of herself and friends in shiny hazmat suits.
Platinum is the name of the singer’s new album.
