Rocker Morrissey has postponed two more shows on his tour on the advice of medical experts.
The sickly singer scrapped performances in New Jersey and Atlanta, Georgia last week after falling ill with a virus, but he was back onstage in Boston, Massachusetts on Saturday.
However, the former The Smiths star’s return was short-lived – he has now postponed Tuesday’s gig in Baltimore, Maryland, and a concert in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday. Both shows have been rescheduled for later this month.
A statement from the tour promoters reads, “IMPORTANT INFO: At the advice of Morrissey Official’s medical team, Baltimore at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall is now rescheduled for June 24 and The Lincoln Theater in Washington DC is rescheduled for June 25. All tickets previously purchased will be honored for the new dates (sic).”
