Onerepublic star Edward Ray Fisher has pleaded not guilty to assault after he was arrested following a late-night bust-up with his girlfriend on Tuesday.
The drummer appeared in a Denver, Colorado court on Wednesday after his girlfriend Lonnie Weygant filed charges accusing the star of hurting her during a fight.
Fisher entered a not guilty plea to charges of assault, destruction of private property, wrongs to a minor and two counts of disturbing the peace.
The Apologize hitmaker was freed on a $550 bond, according to The Denver Post.
Weygant opened up about the incident in an interview with local TV station FOX31, telling reporters, “Things just got out of hand and he snapped.”
