Rapper Pitbull has filed a lawsuit against bosses at a liquor company in a bid to prevent them from using his name on their product.
The Timber hitmaker is suing executives at E. & J. Winery & New Amsterdam Spirits Company over a vodka recipe called The Pit Bull.
In the lawsuit, the 33 year old states his name has been trademarked since 2000 and the use of it on the new product is affecting the marketplace.
He is now seeking all profits made from his name and also wants ‘Pit Bull’ removed from the company’s website, according to TMZ.com.
