Actress Poppy Montgomery has been sued by her former agents amid claims she owes them thousands of dollars in commission.
Bosses at the United Talent Agency have filed suit against the former Without A Trace star for allegedly failing to pay them 10 per cent of her earnings.
In the documents, filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, lawyers for the agency claim Montgomery entered into an oral agreement to hand over the amount in 2010, before the company allegedly negotiated her lucrative contract on TV drama Unforgettable, which debuted in September, 2011.
In the lawsuit, the agents claim they have not been paid any commission since then. Montgomery is believed to earn between $90,000 and $97,340 per episode of the show, which is currently in its third season.
They are seeking in excess of $248, 222 , plus legal costs.
