Actress Renee Zellweger has put her Connecticut mansion back on the market for the second time in three years.
The Jerry Maguire star is attempting to unload her rural Promfret estate for $1.6 million, just two years after she tried to sell it in 2011 for $1.5 million, according to the New York Daily News.
The colonial property, known as the Cotton Tavern, stretches across 38 acres of land, including open fields and multiple gardens.
The main residence was built in 1770 and includes an open kitchen, seven fireplaces, wood-panelled library, barn, swimming pool and guest house.
Zellweger purchased the property in 2004.
