Spike Lee Mourns Loss Of Younger Brother

Director Spike Lee is mourning the loss of his younger brother, Christopher Lee, who passed away at the age of 55.
The Do The Right Thing filmmaker ended 2013 on a somber note, as his younger sibling passed away on 30 December.
While Lee did not reveal the cause of death, he confirmed the tragedy on New Year’s Eve.
Taking to Twitter.com, Lee wrote, “Mr. Christopher Lee R.I.P December 23,1958-December 30,2013. Chris Is My Brother Born Right After Me. Not A Good Way To Start The New Year.May God Bless His Soul.
“On Behalf Of The Lee Family I Thank One And All,From Far And Near For Your Very Heart Felt Kind Words On The Loss Of Our Brother Chris Lee.”
Memorial services for Christopher, who was one of Spike’s three younger siblings, will be held on Saturday in their hometown of Brooklyn, New York.
