Sylvester Stallone has filed suit against a contractor he alleges cheated him out of over $1 million in a home repair deal.
The movie legend claims he was victimised by Mohamed Hadid after reality TV star Lisa Vanderpump recommended him to the actor/director.

Calling Hadid an “unscrupulous, unlicensed predator” in legal papers, obtained by TMZ.com, Stallone’s lawyer Marty Singer claims his client hired Hadid to work on his Los Angeles mansion in 2009, but he was left with “inexpensive, damaged deteriorating and uneven cabinetry and malfunctioning appliances” among other things.

Stallone alleges the contractor also installed an inoperable and unsafe fire pit and an incomplete and unsafe air conditioning unit, stating, “Far from the top quality job promised, Hadid’s work was riddled with defects, abysmal quality and poor workmanship.”

The movie star wants his money back, plus damages.
