New mom Tori Spelling is recovering from emergency surgery after receiving treatment for post-pregnancy complications.
TMZ.com reports the actress-turned-reality TV star was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital on Saturday and underwent an operation to fix problems relating to the Caesarean section she had last month when she gave birth to her son Finn.
A representative for Spelling confirms to People.com, “She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably.”
The tot, born on 30 August, is Spelling’s fourth child with husband Dean McDermott.
