Rapper 40 Glocc was imprisoned in Las Vegas in October on suspicion of domestic battery.
The G-Unit Records artist, real name Tory Gassway, was detained on 3 October after he was accused of hitting an unnamed woman several times in the head, face, legs and rib area.

The female also allegedly suffered “significant bruising to her throat, consistent with strangulation injuries”, according to a police report obtained by TMZ.com.

The star was arrested and taken to a nearby jail, where he was charged with three counts of domestic battery by strangulation and coercion with force. His legal team tells TMZ they are working on his release.
