Fiancee Wins Restraining Order Against Michael Lohan

Lindsay Lohan’s dad Michael has been slapped with a restraining order after his fiancee accused him of kicking her in the face during a heated argument on Monday.

Kate Major has filed a police complaint accusing Lohan of attacking her – she alleges he pushed off a chair, kicked her in the face and threatened her during the incident.

Lohan has admitted the pair became embroiled in an argument, but denies the dispute turned violent.
A judge at a court in New York has now issued a temporary order of protection against Lohan, which prohibits him from communicating with Major in any way.

The order, signed off at Southampton Justice Court, bans Lohan from engaging in “any acts or threats of physical violence” and demands he “immediately surrender all handguns, pistols, rifles, shotguns and other firearms owned or possessed” by him, according to
