Actor Robert Knepper is facing new allegations of sexual misconduct a month after he denied claims of assault.
In early November, a costume designer on his 1991 film Gas, Food, Lodging accused the Prison Break star of forcefully groping her on the set.
Knepper dismissed her allegations via social media, writing: “Over the past few weeks, my wife and I have discussed the pain women have experienced and the bravery they have shown in coming forward. I am shocked and devastated to be falsely accused of violence against a woman. That’s just not who I am.”
But now four additional women have come forward with fresh accusations against the actor.
One of the women, theater director Robin Saex Garbose tells The Hollywood Reporter Knepper pushed her against a wall and began kissing her. Garbose claims there was “a certain violence and a total inappropriateness” about the incident.
Another woman, Emma Julia Jacobs, who was a makeup artist on Planet of Apes, claims Knepper forced her to perform oral sex on him in 2010.
She reveals she felt compelled to come forward after reading Knepper’s public denial of Bertram’s claim.
She says, “I just can’t sit quiet while he denies the pain he’s inflicted all these years to women who are being labeled liars.”
The actor has yet to respond to the latest accusations.
