Ariana Grande reportedly flew her two dogs out to Scotland help her through her anxiety issues on tour.
Earlier this month, the 7 Rings singer canceled fan meet-and-greets on the European leg of her Sweetener World Tour after struggling with anxiety.
According to British newspaper The Sun, the 26-year-old flew her two dogs Myron and Tolouse from Birmingham, England, to her next gig in Glasgow, Scotland on Tuesday along with crew and staff.
“She jetted the dogs out from Birmingham and they got there three hours before she arrived,” a source told the publication. “Ariana wanted to make sure she felt right at home and after she canceled a number of meet-and- greets due to anxiety, they help her with that. They help to calm her nerves.”
Ariana stayed in a penthouse suite at the Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel, where the dogs were given their own room.
“The dogs, who have been assigned their own room at the two-bedroom apartment, were well looked after by a minder during their stay,” the insider revealed. “As well as being offered personalized bone shaped dog biscuits and furry bedding they even got given tartan dog collars.”
Ariana has nine dogs in total, after adopting Myron from her late ex Mac Miller, but only two of her canine brood are touring with her.
Speaking to Dogs Today magazine earlier this year, Ariana revealed the calming influence the animals have on her.
“I just love dogs, I don’t get low very often – they just won’t let me,” she said. “They know what mood you are in and how to change it.”
The European leg of her Sweetener World Tour continues until mid-October, when she returns to her native U.S. for its final leg.
