Aubry’s Rep Slams ‘inaccurate’ Police Report

A representative for Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry has questioned the accuracy of a police report filed against him which accuses the model of shoving his daughter’s nanny.
The childminder, employed by Aubry and Berry, has contacted police over an allegation the French-Canadian star pushed her against a door while she was holding the former couple’s three-year-old daughter Nahla.

Cops are investigating the alleged incident, along with officials at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, according to, and the Hollywood actress is reportedly flying back from a film location to attend a special court hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Aubry’s representative has now responded to the allegation, questioning the accuracy of the nanny’s claims, telling the website, “Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate.”
