Bobby Brown has spoken out following his daughter Bobbi Kristina’s hospitalisation on Sunday, insisting the teenager will pull through her mother Whitney Houston’s tragic death with the help of family.
The 18 year old was taken from the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles on a stretcher after suffering from anxiety issues a day after Houston was found dead at the same hotel.

Her singer dad cancelled a New Edition gig in Tennessee to be by her side, and he is determined to help Bobbi Kristina “get through” the tragedy.

In a statement to Extra, he says, “Today my daughter did visit with doctors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She has been released and is presently with my family, including her siblings.

“Obviously the death of her mother is affecting her, however, we will get through this tragedy as a family. Again, I ask for privacy during this time.”

Brown and Houston divorced in 2007 after 15 years of marriage. Bobbi Kristina is their only child.
