Chris Evans and Samuel L. Jackson stopped traffic in New York’s Times Square over the weekend as they filmed scenes for new movie Captain America: The First Avenger.
The film crew set up in the famed Manhattan location to shoot footage for the superhero blockbuster with the two actors, as security fences were erected to keep eager fans at a distance.

Evans, who plays the title role, was seen running through Times Square, pursued by a group of men in black, waving guns.

The shoot comes just weeks before the movie is due to hit theatres in July.
