The head-turning gown Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge wore on her wedding day is set to go on display at London’s Buckingham Palace.
Members of the public will get the opportunity to see the ivory and white satin-gazar dress designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen up close from Saturday, when the gorgeous gown takes pride of place at a new exhibition at Queen Elizabeth II’s royal residence.

The dress display is topped off with the diamond Cartier Halo tiara that the Queen loaned to her new granddaughter-in-law for her lavish nuptials to Prince William at Westminster Abbey in April.

The Queen joined the Duchess for a private tour of the exhibit on Friday.
