The Foo Fighters prepared for their appearance at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday by playing a surprise set at the KROQ Weenie Roast concert in Irvine, California on Saturday.
Fans went wild as the band appeared on a revolving stage at the Verizon Ampitheater following a set by punks Rise Against.

Frontman Dave Grohl yelled “Surprise!” before belting out a rendition of the band’s All My Life hit.

During the hour-long set, Grohl dedicated Times Like These to his daughter, who was watching dad from the side of the stage.

The band played through hits like Everlong and Best of You, before handing over the stage to Linkin Park, who headlined the sold out punk and rock spectacular.
