Actor Edward Furlong has cancelled a trip to Mexico to promote his latest movie following his arrest on Tuesday.
The Terminator 2: Judgment Day star was detained by police and later released on bail after allegedly violating a restraining order granted to his ex-wife Rachael Kneeland.

He appeared in court the next day to fight his former partner’s demands to increase his spousal and child support payments – insisting he’s too broke to keep up with the current installments.

Furlong’s family woes now seem to have taken their toll on his work commitments – he has axed a trip to Mexico to promote his part in Olallo Rubio’s drama This is Not a Movie, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The English-speaking movie, which is scored by rocker Slash, is set to hit Mexican cinemas on 28 January.
