Ailing actress Zsa Zsa Gabor’s Bel Air home has officially been listed on the Los Angeles housing market – for $13 million less than her husband had hoped to sell it.
The 28-room French Regency-style mansion and the estate it sits on has come on the market at $15 million.

Gabor’s ninth husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, had initially hoped to make $28 million when he announced plans to sell the property in January.

Von Anhalt is planning to downsize to a modern building with security with his 94-year-old wife.

The estate was built in 1955 and comes with staff quarters, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Gabor bought the property in 1973 for $280,000. Previous owners include Howard Hughes and Elvis Presley, according to the Los Angeles Times.
