Australian musician Gurrumul has axed an upcoming tour of Europe due to his ongoing health woes.
The singer/songwriter was scheduled to perform seven shows in the U.K., Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Norway and Sweden later this month but has now pulled the dates.
A post on his official website reads, “Due to ongoing health issues Gurrumul has had to cancel his July European tour. He is currently in the care of his immediate family.”
Two years ago, the musician axed seven summer dates in Europe due to an unspecified illness. Last month, he traveled to the U.K. to perform at Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee concert.
