Gwyneth Paltrow has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who has allegedly tried to gain access to both her U.S. and U.K. homes.
The Iron Man star’s petition against Nickolaos Gavrilis was accepted last Friday, and orders him to stay at least 100 yards away from Paltrow, her estranged husband Chris Martin and their two children, Apple and Moses.
According to legal documents obtained by E! News, Gavrilis most recently attempted to enter the actress’ home in Los Angeles on 4 April.
In the papers, her security director Tony Abbott stated that he also made his way into her London residence in 2012 after claiming he had a “business appointment” with Paltrow.
It is alleged he made another attempt at the same property in 2013, but was denied access.
A hearing will be held in Los Angeles on 12 May to determine whether to make the restraining order permanent.
