Embattled actress Heather Locklear allegedly wished death upon the children of the arresting officers following her domestic violence drama last month.
The Dynasty star was taken into custody on 25 February after police were called to her home in Thousand Oaks, California to investigate a disturbance.
She was arrested for felony domestic violence, as well as three misdemeanors for battery on a peace officer after reportedly becoming belligerent with cops, and threatening to shoot them if they did not leave her property.
Her remarks prompted authorities to obtain a search warrant to try and locate her gun, but no firearm was found on Tuesday, when the warrant was executed.
The paperwork for the search request, obtained by TMZ.com, reveals Locklear was kicking and screaming as they handcuffed her, and allegedly embarked on a foul-mouthed rant during the process.
“You f**king deserve your kids to die!,” she is said to have raged. “You f**king deserve it! And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!”
She reportedly continued, “I hope no one f**king burns your entire department down, your f**king police department… Get the f**k off my property. Don’t ever come on it. All of you are not allowed… I will shoot you if you come on my property and take that as a threat and f**king put another count against me.”
The documents also detail the fight which led to Locklear’s arrest, with the actress claiming her boyfriend, Christopher Heisser, had allegedly tried to choke and kill her during a heated fight, but did not leave any marks around her neck.
He maintains Heather is the one who attacked him, hitting him and biting his face, and he had no choice but to defend himself.
Reports suggest Locklear, who has a history of substance abuse, has since checked herself into a medical treatment facility.
