Michael Jackson’s estate executors have settled a creditor’s claim with the late star’s former Las Vegas landlord over alleged damage to the property.
In 2009, Aner Iglesias accused Jackson and his entourage of leaving his Sin City mansion in such disarray during his stay from 2008 to 2009, that the phone and alarm systems needed to be replaced.

The claim also included reports of further damage to the interior and exterior of the home and demanded $234,000 from Jackson’s estate.

However, the dispute has now been settled for an undisclosed amount, according to TMZ.com.
