French synth star Jean Michel Jarre ensured Prince Albert of Monaco’s wedding day ended on a high note by performing a stunning light show and concert.
The royal married his fiancee Charlene Wittstock in a civil ceremony in front of family and friends at the principality’s royal palace on Friday.

Jarre later helped the newlyweds celebrate their love by inviting them to a special concert held in their honor on Port Hercule in Monte Carlo.

An estimated 80,000 fans cheered as the pair stepped onstage and the new Serene Highness Princess Charlene of Monaco took the microphone to declare, “Viva Monaco!”

The electropop pioneer then played for the crowd of well wishers as fireworks lit up the bay.

Prince Albert and his South African bride will also exchange vows in a Catholic Church service on Saturday.
