Former TV pin-up Heather Locklear has been sentenced to 30 days in a residential mental health facility after pleading no contest to six battery offences on a police officer or paramedic.
The former Melrose Place star faces a 120-day jail sentence if she doesn’t complete the treatment, for which she must enrol by 6 September. The judge overseeing the case has also placed her on three years unsupervised probation, according to TMZ.
Heather was arrested in February and June of 2018, attacking cops both times.
During the second incident she also lashed out at an emergency medical technician (EMT).
The actress has been fighting substance abuse and mental illness issues for years.
