Justin Bieber had marijuana and prescription drug Xanax in his system when he was arrested earlier this month in Miami, Florida, according to his toxicology report.
The Baby hitmaker was detained by police last week on suspicion of driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired license, and is currently free on bail.
The drug test was administered immediately following the arrest and results show Bieber had THC (ingredient in marijuana) and Alprazolam (ingredient in Xanax) in his system, but he tested negative for cocaine, opiates, meth and other drugs.
Blood alcohol level results were not listed in the toxicology reports obtained by editors at TMZ.com.
Bieber reportedly told police officers he had been smoking marijuana before he was pulled over and that his mother gave him the Xanax.
The singer has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is due back in court on Valentine’s Day.
Meanwhile, the 19 year old turned himself in to police in Toronto, Canada on Wednesday and was officially charged in connection to an alleged assault on a limousine driver in the city last year.
He is scheduled to appear in court for that case on 10 March.
