A Swedish DJ who has accused Leona Lewis of plagiarising one of his songs is refusing to back down in his feud with the British singer, blasting her insistence that he agreed the deal.
DJ Avicii – real name Tim Bergling – alleges Lewis has used a sample from his song Penguin in her new track Collide without permission. The Bleeding Love hitmaker spoke out about the controversy this week, claiming the DJ “was aware” of the sample and even agreed “publishing splits for himself and his manager”.

However, Bergling is adamant Lewis’ claim is not true and criticized her publicly in a series of posts on Twitter.com.

He writes in a post aimed at Lewis, “Thanks for accusing me of lying and speaking on my behalf… Since we never met or even spoke, please let me and my manager know who told you that and what confirmation they gave you.”
