Mary J. Blige’s financial woes are stacking up after the R&B singer was hit with a tax lien for more than $900,000.
Officials in the state of New Jersey have filed a demand against the No More Drama hitmaker, alleging she owes a $901,769 in back taxes.
It’s the latest in a string of money problems for Blige – earlier this month, she was sued for allegedly defaulting on a $500,000 bank loan, while last summer, lawyers for Signature Bank filed a lawsuit against the singer over claims she failed to make good on a $2.2 million payout.
