Former boxing champ Mike Tyson refuses to apologize to the woman he was convicted of raping 12 years ago.
The sports legend maintains he did nothing wrong and insists he’ll never make amends with Desiree Washington.
In an interview with U.S. breakfast show Today, he says, “I really didn’t do anything to her. I didn’t rape her, I didn’t beat her. I didn’t do anything to her and I’m not going to make amends. I’ve made amends to myself, but, to her, no.”
Tyson was sentenced to six years in prison for the crime in 1992, but only served three.
