The scissor-wielding intruder police found hiding in the bushes at Miley Cyrus’s home in Los Angeles on Saturday has pleaded not guilty to trespassing and resisting arrest.
Jason Luis Rivera reportedly scaled a fence to get into the grounds of the singer/actress’ estate.
A judge has ordered him to stay at least 500 yards away from Cyrus at all times.
The 40 year old, who remains in custody with his bail set at $100,000, is next due in court on 17 September, reports
During his arrest, Rivera is said to have told cops he was a friend of the actress/singer’s, before adding, “She’s my wife.”
