An attorney representing the woman who accused Justin Bieber of fathering her baby is pursuing a DNA test, even though his client has withdrawn her paternity suit.
Single mother Mariah Yeater claims she fell pregnant with her now four-month-old son Tristyn after a backstage romp with Bieber at a concert in Los Angeles last year.

Yeater parted ways with her attorneys and dropped her paternity lawsuit earlier this month but her new lawyer, Jeffrey Leving, tells she dismissed the suit to allow for a private settlement.

Leving also claims to be negotiating a DNA test with Bieber’s legal team.

Bieber’s lawyer Howard Weitzman is adamant there will be no settlement, insisting, “There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be.”

The pop star has vehemently denied the allegations and his representatives have now confirmed plans to take legal action against Yeater over her story, but Levin claims the threat is an attempt to intimidate “a 20-year-old woman with no money and no job”.
