British royal Prince Harry has been hailed a hero after coming to the aid of a fellow polo player who was knocked unconscious after falling from his horse during a recent match.
The 27 year old, who is third in line to the throne, was competing in the Sentebale Polo Cup in Brazil last month, when rival player, businessman Bash Kazi, fell to the ground following a mid-game collision.

The Prince leaped into action and helped to turn Kazi onto his back as paramedics ran on to the field.

Kazi tells the Washington Post, “(Harry) was the first one off his horse. I remember waking up with these piercing blue eyes looking at me.”

The 41 year old, who had suffered a minor concussion, was checked out by medics and given the all-clear after the game, and he made sure to thank the royal for his quick thinking by embracing the Prince after the match.

He adds, “(Harry is) a fabulous person; such a gentleman.”
