Britain’s royal family celebrated another wedding on Saturday as Queen Elizabeth II’s granddaughter Zara Phillips married rugby star Mike Tindall in Scotland.
Phillips, daughter of Anne, Princess Royal and Captain Mark Phillips, exchanged vows with Tindall in a private ceremony attended by The Queen, Prince Charles, Prince Harry and Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

Prince William and Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge also arrived to witness the wedding – the first they have attended since their own nuptials were watched by millions around the globe in April.

Thousands of well-wishers lined the streets of Edinburgh and cheered as the newlyweds emerged from the capital city’s Canongate Kirk parish to wave and share a tender kiss.

Celebrations continued with an evening reception at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, where guests enjoyed a Scottish-themed dinner and champagne.

The happy couple, dating since 2003, announced its engagement in December.
