Rolling Stones Make Official Comeback Announcement In Online Clip

The Rolling Stones have officially announced their stage comeback in a new video uploaded to on Monday.
Speculation has been rife for several months that the Brown Sugar legends will be reuniting for their first concerts in five years to celebrate the band’s 50th anniversary.
They finally confirmed the news via the Internet on Monday, telling fans in a short clip that they will play two gigs in London at the city’s O2 Arena and another two at the Prudential Center in New Jersey in November and December.
In the video, Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts say at the same time, “Surely you didn’t think we weren’t gonna do this?”
Richards adds in a statement, “Sorry to keep you all hanging around but the waiting is over. I’ve always said the best place for rock and roll is on the stage and the same is true for the Stones. I’m here with Mick, Charlie and Ronnie and everything is rocking. See you very soon!”
Jagger says, “Everybody loves a celebration, and London and New York (sic) are two good places to do it in!”
The band will play London on 25 and 29 November and in New Jersey for 13 and 15 December.
