Alien director Ridley Scott is set to head into outer space again with Lost co-creator Damon Lindelof and Swedish star Noomi Rapace.
His plans to make a prequel to his Alien trilogy have now become another project altogether, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Prometheus will star The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo actress Rapace, who will have to adopt a British accent to play scientist Elizabeth Shaw.

The actress tells Entertainment Weekly magazine she’s determined to be in tip-top shape for the role in Prometheus.

She explains, “I want to turn my body into something like a cat or a lion. They can be still and relaxed, and then explode.”

Lindelof is writing the screenplay.
