An aspiring actor has won a restraining order against Britney Spears’ former manager Sam Lutfi over allegations he harassed him and his family over the internet.
Sam Barth accuses Lutfi of hacking into his email, Facebook and Twitter accounts and sending abusive messages to his family members.

The pair became friends after Barth moved to Los Angeles in January but their relationship deteriorated after they became roommates, according to legal papers filed by Barth and obtained by TMZ.com.

The wannabe claims Lutfi first tried to diagnose him with “various mental and emotional problems” and when he tried to distance himself, Lutfi tried to create a rift between Barth and his mother, by sending her abusive and offensive texts and emails calling her “evil”, “a b**ch” and “satan”.

He also allegedly contacted Barth’s young sister and called his brother a “a waste of human flesh” and a “f**king loser.”

A judge granted Barth a temporary restraining order on Friday, banning Lutfi from accessing his online accounts.

Spears was granted a similar order against Lutfi last year amid allegations he tried to destroy her relationship with her parents and damage her father’s conservatorship.
