Britney Spears’ upcoming album was almost ruined after her producer lost his home and studio in a devastating fire.
The Toxic superstar has been working on new material with superproducer Rusko, who has a studio attached to his Los Angeles home.

However, the singer came close to losing her work when the beatmaker’s car exploded in his garage and set his property ablaze.

But Rusko has told fans on Twitter.com he managed to rescue his computer hard drive from the fire and save all the tracks he is working on.

He writes, “My house!!! Not a joke. Thank God I grabbed my hard drives.”

No one was injured in the fire.
