Stars Offer Tributes To Andy Williams

Tributes have begun pouring in for veteran crooner Andy Williams following his death on Tuesday at the age of 84.
The Moon River singer passed away at his home in Branson, Missouri following a year-long battle with bladder cancer, prompting an outpouring of messages on
British singerand namesake Robbie Williams led the tributes by writing, “God bless Andy Williams”, while country star Reba McEntire adds, “So sad to hear the news of Andy Williams’ passing this morning. His brother, Don, was my manager in the 80’s. My prayers are w (with) the family.” And Josh Groban offers, “So sad…LOVE his voice.”
Meanwhile, former Culture Club star Boy George tweets, “R.I.P & respect for the amazing Andy Williams! Your voice filled the world with beauty & soul!” And ex-Boyzone singer Ronan Keating tweets, “Thank you Andy what a voice it will be missed. Rest well.”
Business tycoon Donald Trump has also offered his thoughts, writing, “Andy Williams has died. He was a friend of mine and a great guy,” and even actress/model Elizabeth Hurley has tweeted a tribute, writing, “RIP Andy Williams-thanks for the wonderful songs which you gave to the world.”
Williams, who was also a fan of, signed off to followers at the weekend and hinted his days were numbered. His final post a simple, “Sigh”.
