Bosses behind hit TV talent show The Voice have slammed rumors they plan to fire Christina Aguilera from the judging panel after the next season.
Aguilera is a mentor alongside Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton on the program, which has proved hugely popular Stateside and is set to go into a second series.

However, despite all four judges signing on for season two, reports suggested NBC network chiefs were unhappy with the amount of time the Beautiful singer spent with the acts and wanted her removed from the line-up if the show goes into a third run.

However, channel bosses have hit back at the speculation, saying, “There is absolutely no truth to the rumor.”
